Edit your concepts, explore your Catalogue, control who sees what

New data to query

  • KeHE depletions, now daily. Your KeHE velocity, the chains and stores that ordered each item, now refreshes every day instead of once a month.
  • Two more distributor feeds. Pint Size and Rainforest depletions are live, so you can see units sold through those distributors next to the rest of your data.

In the Context Console

  • Edit your concepts. Change the shape of a canonical concept yourself: add a field, change what an existing one holds, or remove it, from the Console or by asking your AI, with the same review and audit trail either way.
  • Explore your Catalogue. Search every governed dataset, filter it by layer, and open one to see each column with its plain-language meaning and type.
  • Decide who sees each dataset. Admins can keep a catalogue dataset open to the whole workspace or restrict it to specific roles, the way you’d share a file.
  • See what your AI has been asking. A new activity feed shows admins every query run against your context layer, who ran it, and how it went.

VIP depletions and cross-retailer weeks
  • VIP depletions, live. Query your VIP (Vermont Information Processing) depletion sales, units sold by outlet, and break them down by chain, state, or store next to the rest of your data.
  • See how fresh each report is. Connected Sources now shows every report’s first and latest week of data with a fresh or stale flag, so you can tell at a glance whether what you’re querying is current.
  • Tesco and Sainsbury’s, week for week. The two retailers report on different week calendars, so Corvera now folds both onto one shared week and you can compare their sales for the same trading week.
Also: connect more than one Xero organization under a single login and choose which one to query.

New retailer data, and more control in the Console

New data to query

  • Whole Foods sales, live. Pull daily scan sales from Whole Foods, units and dollars, by store and product, right next to your other retailers.
  • Deeper Tesco supply data. See where deliveries fell short by depot and week, now for general merchandise as well as fresh.

In the Context Console

  • Custom roles. Admins can create named roles, grant them a set of permissions like Edit mappings or Run backfills, and assign a role to each member.
  • Simpler product mappings. Every product match is now either suggested by the AI, with its reasoning attached, or set by you. The old automatic guesswork is gone.
Also: cleaner NetSuite units of measure.

The context layer, so far
Corvera’s context layer is live: one secure connection between your brand’s data and any AI tool. What you can do today.Connect the systems you already use. Data is ready to query the moment it’s connected, no exports needed.
  • Retailers: Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Waitrose, Amazon, plus dunnhumby and SPINS.
  • Distributors: UNFI, KeHE.
  • Warehouses and 3PLs: Saddle Creek, FST Logistics, Culina.
  • ERP and finance: NetSuite, SAP Business One, Deacom, Unleashed, Xero.
  • Ecommerce: Shopify.
Ask questions from any AI tool. Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or others at one Corvera endpoint and ask in plain language, like “What were my units sold by store at Tesco last week?”One number, every retailer. A shared sales calendar, consistent waste reporting, and a single product list line your SKUs up across sources, so the same measure means the same thing everywhere.Your data stays yours. Each brand’s data is fully isolated, every read is logged, and admins control who sees what. The Context Console. See what’s connected (Sources), browse what’s available (Catalogue), and confirm how your products line up across systems (Mappings).
