Synced vs live
Sources come in two kinds:- Synced — Corvera mirrors the source on a schedule, so its data is only as current as the last sync. Each report shows how fresh it is (see What you see per report).
- Live — Corvera reads the source at query time, so the data is always current. There’s no refresh time; the signal is just whether the connection is healthy.

Under Synced sources, each source is expanded by default — click a source to collapse it or expand it again. Expanding a source reveals the individual reports it provides (for example Tesco’s Total Sales and Daily Order Forecast), one row each, showing:- Earliest week and Latest week — the span of weeks the report’s data covers, so you can see how far back the history goes and how current the latest snapshot is.
- Freshness — a fresh or stale badge on actuals reports. Forecast reports show a “through [date]” instead, indicating how far into the future the forecast runs.
